Chỉ sự khác nhau giữa người khéo léo, cẩn thận với người vụng về, cẩu thả: làm đúng cách thì ít lần cũng xong chu đáo, còn làm dở thì lặp lại nhiều lần vẫn không đạt. Cũng dùng để nói việc che giấu hay làm điều mờ ám lâu ngày thế nào cũng lộ ra.

This refers to the contrast between skillful, careful work and clumsy, careless work: done properly, it is completed well in one go, but done badly, it still fails after many attempts. It is also used to say that repeated concealment or secret wrongdoing will eventually be exposed.
