Chỉ cách cư xử khéo léo, biết tùy đối tượng mà nói năng, ứng xử cho phù hợp: với người lớn thì kính trọng, mềm mỏng; với người nhỏ thì dịu dàng, nâng đỡ. Thường dùng để khen người ăn ở có lễ phép, biết điều.

Refers to tactful, considerate behavior that adjusts to the person and situation: respectful and gentle toward elders, and kind and tender toward the young. It is often used to praise someone for being polite and socially adept.
